How can I invite a user to my board?
You can invite users to your board from the Share modal in the board header. We will illustrate below:
Open the board that you wish to share.
Select the Share button.
Type email address of the user(s) and press enter after each entry. If you have previously invited the user, you can optionally type the user's name.
New users will receive a sign-up link before joining the board, and they will also need to validate their email addresses.
You can use the dropdown on the right to specify whether the user can View, Contribute, Edit, or own your board.
This example illustrates how you can invite a user with specified board permissions. You can also optionally send a custom message in the email invite. via the "Message" field.
You can also manage board member access in the Manage Members section.
Here, you can update the permission level or delete the member.
