How can I get help using Alleo features?
You can contact Alleo Support via any of the following options:
The blue help icon. You can find it in the bottom right corner of your Alleo portal. This is really the best way to request for help, contact sales, or leave product feedback. We'd love to hear your thoughts!
You can also contact support via support@withalleo.com.
How can I start a conversation?
Click the blue chat icon in the bottom right corner of the screen.
Select the Send us a message button.
You can then send a custom message, and we will get back with you as soon as we can.
How can I search the help center?
You can use the built-in search widget after selecting the chat icon.
Alternatively, you can navigate to help.withalleo.com.
