The asset folder permissions feature allows Organizational Administrators to manage assets that can be shared across any board in your organization. Here is an overview of the folder permissions:

Global

The Global folder is managed by Alleo. Here, you can find some basic images and templates to get you started. These files are always ava ilable to all users in any board.

Organization

The Organization folder is managed by your Organizational Administrator. An Org Admin user can upload files to the Organizational folder from any board. The assets will always be available in that folder for any user within your organization and on any board that was created by a user in your organization.

User

The User folder is managed by each individual user. Regardless of the current board, a user can upload and manage assets in this folder. Assets are available in any board when that user is logged in.

Board

The Board folder is managed by anyone who has Edit or Owner access to a board. This folder contains assets that are only available when accessing the specific board.
