The animation below illustrates how to select and hold the left mouse button to select a locked asset and access the asset menu options.
When do I want to lock an asset?
I have listed some use cases below when it is convenient to lock an asset:
Lock an image to use it as a background. Then, you can layer other assets on top of the image.
Lock a container once it configured with the desired position and size. Then, you can easily snap other assets into the container.
Place a sticker, sticky note, or image in a desired position. Configure it with an "up-vote" button action, and then lock the asset so that it is relevant to other content in the board.
Lock any asset type when it is understood that the asset should not be easily selected or moved during a presentation or collaborative session.
