What's new?

  • Introducing the Spreadsheet Viewer! When adding spreadsheets, now you can resize the object to view spreadsheets with any aspect ratio. Spreadsheets are no longer restricted to a fixed-size PDF conversion. (We plan to add co-editing capability in the near future)

  • When selecting the Container Tool in the tools menu, now you have the options to add a vertical, horizontal, or 16:9 Container. You can use the 16:9 containers as drop zones for 16:9 images and videos.

Enhancements

  • As an Org Admin user, now you can set default colors for sticky notes, drawing, and text.

  • As an Org Admin user, you can now disable the "mouse trail" effect via the capabilities page.

  • As an Org Admin user, now you can toggle the capability to show an "unmute" prompt when the first user unmutes. You can also enabled or disable Haptic audio conferencing all together.

  • Now the owner of the board can select an asset even if another user currently have an asset selected.

  • When you lose internet connection, you can still pan and zoom to view all content in the board. When the connection is restored, the board will automatically reload.

  • Screenshare and other notifications no longer stack in a vertical list.

  • Now you can use the User List panel to automatically navigate to a Screenshares or Live Video associated with a specific user.

  • In the dashboard, the board thumbnail now shows the name of the creator for any shared board.

  • We have added a new chat+event logging capability in our on-premise solution. (for auditing purposes).

Resolved Issues

  • Drawings are no longer automatically grouped into containers.

  • We have resolved a few issues with slide rendering and slide order in the views panel.

  • We have removed the size limitation associated with text objects.
