What's new?

  • Introducing Countdown Widget Beta! Now you can set an action to occur when a specified countdown time has expired. This can be found in the experimental "..." section of the main toolbar. Simply click the clock icon and drag the countdown widget to your board.

  • To make it easier to view content offline, now you can save your views and slides as a PDF. Simply access the views panel in the main toolbar, press the "..." menu for the desired slide, and select Save as PDF.

Enhancements

  • Slide settings now have the option to "reset slide" to the original slide template. This is helpful when you are performing multiple exercises on a single slide, and then you need to clear all added content to prepare for the next exercise.

  • Now you can invite people to edit, contribute, or view your private board by generating multiple public links. You can generate the links via the Users List -> Sharing Button -> Share Link -> Create Public Link button.

  • As a template editor, now you can click a button to toggle the visibility of another asset. In place of a caption, all assets now have a title field and a toggle to show/hide the title. When editing a button action, you can target assets by the asset title.

  • When creating a slide, now the scope of the slide templates is remembered. It no longer defaults to the global scope.

  • To prevent users from inadvertently selecting slides, now you can use the lock icon in the slide menu. When a slide is locked, simply click and hold to select the header.

  • When sharing a specific slide or view, we have simplified the URL format. Also, user are now locked into the viewport location of the view or slide to help users stay focused on the desired content.

  • When editing sticky notes, now you only have to click the bottom right square once to access the resize capability. We have swapped the position of the rotate icon and the resize icon.

  • When adding a sticky note to the board via the "s" shortcut, the cursor is active by default; now you can more quickly type your sticky note content.

  • Container assets now have the zoom "[ ]" button to make it easier to zoom into any specific container.

  • Via asset settings, now you can identify who creator the asset, the date/time it was created, and the filename (if the file exists in the asset library).

  • When users enter your public board without authentication, now they will need to enter a name. Users are no longer "Anonymous" by default.

Resolved Issues

  • We resolved an issue when using a button to upload an asset to a targeted container.

  • We resolved a minor issue when scaling an asset after a container is deleted.

  • We resolved an issue when toggling visibility of the vote action. It no longer affects the visibility of the entire asset.

  • Now you cannot paste the current board inside itself as an embed.
