What's new?
Introducing Container Grid Mode! This mode is useful when you want to align assets in an evenly spaced grid. To set container modes, simply select a container and click the settings icon in the asset context menu.
Introducing our new Mobile User Interface beta! Now you can access audio and video controls, view a users list, chat, and toggle fullscreen mode via your mobile device. You can also swipe left or right to navigate between slides and use a two-finger pinch gesture to zoom.
Enhancements
As a board owner, now you can delete comments on individual assets. Simply press the delete icon in the upper right corner of the comment panel. You can also select the delete icon associated with individual chat messages and clear the chat panel.
On the dashboard page, each board thumbnail is now set to the "home" view or slide by default. This makes it easier to more easily identify the desired board. Simply update the background of your first slide to customize the dashboard thumbnail image.
Now you can share a link directly to a specific slide or view. Simply click the "..." menu in the Views Panel and select share; then, select the copy icon next to the link.
The "join call" modal user interface has been updated so it easier to find the buttons to toggle audio/video toggles and test your mic and speakers.
To make it easier to add assets from the asset library, now you can drag an entire folder to the board. The assets will be automatically added to a container so they are nicely grouped.
To make it easier to add assets to multiple boards, now you can move an entire folder to the user or organizational folder scope. Click the "..." menu of the folder, select "move to," and select the scope.
When uploading multiple assets to the board via drag and drop, the default the container setting is now grid.
Now when users enter a restricted slide or view, owners are notified to inform that the users are restricted.
To keep videos looking cleaner, we moved the video playback controls on top of the video asset. As a board owner, simply deselect the video to hide the controls.
When joining presentation mode, now board owners choose to "cancel." This is useful when you want to prepare content in a different part of the board while another owner is presenting. You can then "re-join" the presentation via the notification at the bottom of the screen.
Now you can activate the legacy snap feature by pressing the 'g' key. This is useful when you want to more precisely position assets.
As a template editor, now you can snap floating containers to the edge of the screen. This is useful when you are building navigation, and you want all users to have the same visual navigation experience.
When you are accessing the users list, now you can toggle between "video thumbnail" mode and "list view." This is useful when you want to quickly see a larger list of users on a video call.
When selecting the comments button in the asset context menu, you now can immediately start typing into the input field. You can close the panel by selecting escape.
