With the OneDrive integration, I can do the following:

  1. Connect to my OneDrive account.

  2. Drag OneDrive files to the board to create OneDrive document assets.

  3. Update the OneDrive board assets to pull the latest version.

How do I connect to OneDrive?

  1. To connect to OneDrive, open the Files panel and select the back button at the top of the panel.

  2. Select the OneDrive icon.

  3. A new tab will open. Sign in with your Microsoft account and allow the requested permissions.

  4. The tab will close. Your account has now been connected. Click the OneDrive icon once more to access your files.

How can I add OneDrive documents to the board?

You can add OneDrive documents to the board in the same way you add other documents. Simply drag the thumbnail associated with the file to the board, and a board asset will be generated. This also creates a copy of the asset in the board directory in the Files panel, and the thumbnail contains a OneDrive symbol.

How can I update the OneDrive asset on the board to show the latest version?

You can click the edit icon to open the document in a new window. If updates have been made to the OneDrive document, you can select the refresh icon in the asset context menu when selecting the asset on the Alleo board.

Note: It may take a minute before Microsoft allows the update to be available in the Alleo application.
