How can I @mention to notify users?
@user
To get someone's attention, simply type @ followed by the name and then select the user from the menu.
@board
When using the @board mention type, all other members of the board will receive a notification.
@online
When using the @online mention type, only users who are currently online will be notified.
Where can I @mention users?
From Chat
If someone @mentions my user from Alleo Chat, I will receive a notification in the upper right part of the screen. When clicking the notification, the Chat Panel will open the associated board chat thread.
From an Asset Comment
If someone @menions my user from an Asset Comment, I will receive a notification in the upper right part of the screen. When clicking the notification, the Chat Panel will open the associated board and navigate my user to the asset containing a comment.
A user received an @mention and clicked the notification to see the asset and associated comment.
How do I access a list of my @mentions?
Simply click the chat icon in the header expand the Mentions section to access a list of all @mentions. Note: if you are currently in a board, you will need to click back button at the top of the chat panel.
