When an Alleo video call is initiated, all users are prompted to select their video conferencing devices. If you are a new user, you will be prompted to allow the website to access your microphone and camera.

If this is your first time joining an Alleo call, you will be prompted to test your mic and speakers. Click the Test Audio button to recording your voice, and Alleo will play a 4 second sample back.

If your audio test was successful, simply click the Join Call button. You can optionally go Back to Audio Settings and retest. You can also toggle whether to join with or without audio and video.

Once you have joined the call, you can use the board header to toggle video and audio, and you can access your device settings in the call dropdown menu shown below:

The Video call settings allow you to update your devices, retest the mic, and test your speakers by clicking the Test speakers button at the bottom.
