As a board owner, you can open the Alleo Webex application and share content during a Webex video call. Please see the following step-by-step guide on sharing your Alleo board during a Webex call.

As a Webex user on a Webex call, select Apps.

Select the Alleo application.

Select whether to share personal information and click OK. Then, login to Alleo via the login UI and select an Alleo board.

To share the Alleo board with meeting participants, click Open for all.

Participants will be prompted to join the Alleo app. They will then be prompted to login or request access to the board.

As a board owner, simply allow users into the board, and the UI will place live video at the top by default. Now you can experience Alleo in a Webex call as illustrated below.
