With the Alleo App for Zoom, you can now you can work better together with Alleo inside the Zoom meeting user interface so participants can take advantage of Zoom video calls during Alleo presentations, hybrid meetings, training, and viewing dashboards.

Simply click the link below to add Alleo to your Zoom account.

Then, allow the Alleo application to access your Zoom account.

You will then be prompted open the Zoom application and complete the app installation.

To use the Alleo application in Zoom, you must have an Alleo account. As an Alleo board owner, you can open the Alleo Zoom application and share access to your Alleo board during a Zoom video call. Please see the following step-by-step guide on sharing your Alleo board during a Zoom call.

1. As a Zoom user on a Zoom call, select Apps.

2. Click the Discover button to search and click the Alleo app icon to add the app.

3. Login with your Alleo user and open a board.

4. Select the Collaborate button to invite other users to access the Alleo application. Then, click Allow.

5. Other users can click the Join button to enter the Alleo board's guest lobby or optionally login. Click here for more info on accessing Alleo boards as a guest user.
