Overview of the Alleo planned cloud maintenance policy.

Maintenance windows

Alleo provides monthly updates to our cloud solution. These regular windows typically occur on the last Sunday of the month from 10am-12pm US Eastern time. It will be pushed to an earlier weekend during holiday times. During this time the Alleo Cloud (US and EU) is updated and gone through sanity QA testing. In depth testing is completed in the week prior to the update.

If there's an urgent need to provide an infrastructure upgrade, Alleo will provide the update outside of the planned maintenance window.

โš  During the maintenance, Alleo software may be inaccessible.

How does Alleo notify customers about maintenance windows?
