Alleo Zendesk User Guide

Purpose

The purpose of this document is to provide the Alleo end user with a set of instructions to successfully login and utilize Alleo’s Zendesk application.

Pre-Requisites

  • Active Paid Alleo User account assigned to an organization

Steps to Login

  1. Sign-in with Alleo SSO account - “Continue with SSO”

4. If you are not already logged in to Alleo you will need to do so.

Steps to Submit a Request

  1. After login you will be brought to the home page

  2. To submit a new request, select “submit a request” in the upper right corner

  3. Fill out the required fields then hit submit

  4. When you login to view tickets select your name and then “requests”

  5. Review our documentation for details on support hours, status’ and request types

Zendesk Dashboard

  1. After submitting a ticket you can view the ticket and add further comments

  2. On the right you can see the ticket ID, Status, priority and if you submitted that the system was down.

  3. You can click requests in the upper left to view all requests

  4. You can filter by your tickets or Requests cc’d on and filter by status

  5. Upon request, users can be upgraded to view ALL organization tickets.
