Alleo users can easily save assets on a slide as a template, making it convenient to reuse them within the same board or across different boards.

To create a template, ensure your slide is set up the way you want it. It is always a best practice to make sure all assets you do not want to be moved around are locked, test your object actions to ensure they function correctly, and name the images & files used on the slide template as they will appear in the files panel of any board this template is added to.

Then, access the navigation panel, click the three dots linked to the slide, and choose "Create Slide Template." Give your template a name.

Afterward, in the files panel, move the slide template from the "Board" folder to the "User" folder. This will make the template available for use in various boards.

If you are an organization admin, another choice for the "Organization" folder will appear and you will be able to add the template for the entire organization to use.

When you want to use the template, it will be accessible under "User" when adding a new slide.
