Alleo users can easily save assets and slides on a board as a template, making it convenient to reuse the functionality of a certain board. To create a template, ensure your board is set up the way you want it. Then, from your dashboard, select the three dots linked to the desired board and click “Add to Board Templates”.
This will add it to the template library located at the top of your dashboard. You can find it under “Template Library”.
If you wish to add a template to the Organization Templates, you must first go to the Template Library section of the dashboard.
From there, select the template you would like to make into an Organization template, and select "Share".
You will then be able to make this into an Organization by selecting "Access level" and choosing "Organization" under the dropdown menu.
This template will then be viewable under "All Templates" for all users in the organization.
