Alleo has introduced a new feature that allows users to submit content to a designated container on a board. This feature is useful for managing group collaboration by keeping all content together with minimal effort from the contributors.

  1. To create a Container Submission QR, you must select "Experimental" from the main toolbar, then click "QR" to paste a QR to the board.

This QR is now active for users and can be used to submit content upon scan.

  2. To designate which container the QR sends content to, go to the object settings and add the container to the Whitelist.

    1. Select the QR and click the three dots icon on the right to open "More Options"

    2. From the menu, click the gear icon to open "Object Settings"

    3. From the Object Settings, go to the Customization tab. From the top, select the container you would like the content to submit to in the "Container whitelist" dropdown at the top.

Now your users will all submit content to one place with their use of the QR.
