Owners are now able to Auto-Admit their guest users for a specified amount of time without having to reset this feature every time they enter the board. This allows owners to start meetings without having to worry about admitting users one-by-one and eliminates the possibility of not recognizing when a guest user is in the lobby.
To set the Auto-Admit feature, users must first access the User panel in the top right of the board.
Then the owner is allowed to set a User Level and Time Limit for their guests under the Auto-Admit dropdown.
Remember: When Auto-Admitting guests, a Board Owner must be present in the board in order for the guests to enter.
