When launching an active MultiShare call from a Cisco device, you must first access the MultiShare application.

This is available in the Webex App Hub. Once you have that downloaded and your account has been activated, you should be able to access the full MultiShare experience. Upon launch of the application, you should be able to see the following screen:

To start a session from scratch, click the "Start New" and begin your MultiShare session.

From there, other users will be able to join using the 6 digit code at the bottom of the display on Cisco Devices, or the link on all other devices.
