What's new?

  • Introducing the Box.com files provider integration! Using the Files Panel, now you can add files from your Box.com to an Alleo board. You can also upload files from your Alleo board to Box.com.

  • Introducing the Unlock Slider widget! Users can trigger specific object actions by "sliding to unlock," mimicking familiar smartphone experiences for an engaging and intuitive interaction.

  • Introducing the Simple Slider widget! The Simple Slider widget enables dynamic object actions based upon the slider positions for a seamless and engaging user experience.

  • Introducing the D-Pad widget! Add interactive flair to your whiteboard with the D-pad widget. Program arrows and the center button to trigger custom actions, providing a simple and dynamic way to control your visual elements.

Other enhancements

  • Now you can copy content from an external board's container to a container in the current board. This feature empowers you to organize and collaborate across boards.

  • Now you can expand or collapse the board header with a convenient chevron button. The legacy "auto-hide" behavior has been replaced with an option to set the header to be visible or hidden by default.

  • Now there is an object action to "Kick guests." This button sends all guest users to a new survey page indicating the session is finished.

  • Now the board setting to show the main toolbar can be configured for users and displays independently.

  • Now you can disable slide headers for displays and/or users via board settings.

  • Now there is a board setting to entirely disable the board header; to re-enable the header, board settings can be accessed from the dashboard.

  • When a saved board is opened on an Alleo Rooms display, now other displays in the organization can join in via the join code widget.

  • When adding live video from the main toolbar, the video will no longer be flipped horizontally by default. This can be toggled via the asset context menu. This makes it easier for designers creating templates with live video sources.

Resolved Issues

  • We resolved an issue resulting in PDF exports with blank pages.

  • We resolved an issue with the "Go to object" action when slides created from a slide template are reset via an object action.

  • We resolved an issue with the Google Drive files provider integration.

  • If a container is set to auto-add live video, live video will automatically be removed from the container when a call is ended.
