Enhancements

  • When creating an object action to clear a container's contents, now you can select a target container in any of your Alleo boards.

  • User avatars now appear in the upper left corner of selected assets, making it easy to determine who selected the assets. Note: you may optionally disable the selection indicator via board settings.

  • The Live Video section of the main toolbar now contains a list of available live video devices. Simply drag the desired source to the board to start the video stream.

  • Now you can drag multiple files directly into existing containers on an Alleo board, keeping things organized with ease.

  • Snapshots of slides now deliver full image quality, regardless of the size of the object on the display.

  • The board template selector now contains a section for "Shared by Organization," reducing the number of clicks to access boards with the access level set to "Organization."

  • When pan and zoom are disabled, now the "X" button is hidden. You can always click the back button to return to the previous location.

  • When the Interactive Screenshare feature is enabled, now you can add the Interactive Screenshare object directly from the toolbar. This streamlines the process of sharing control of your system.

Resolved Issues

  • In the Navigate displays action, the location dropdown is now listed in alphabetical order.

  • We resolved an issue when an editor "steal selection" of another editor. Note: you must press and hold to steal selection.

  • We resolved an issue when you "open on display" and filter boards by tags; now the "select all" button will select all items in the filtered results.

  • Drawings on top of assets can no longer be moved. This prevents scenarios when the drawing is separated from the asset after it has been added to a container.
