A room license is attached to a display and runs via our Alleo Rooms application. With this application, a user is able to use specific movement and navigation for individual displays, have a complete corner-to-corner view of the canvas without any obstruction of the browser window, mute other displays/users when using an in-room call experience, and maintain a customizable start screen when not in use. The rooms license is not tied to a particular individual, allowing any users in the organization to display their board in the space.

A cloud license (or user license) is run within the browser experience for each individual using the platform. This allows users to create and save their own content to their personal dashboard. The individual license allows users to access owned boards from anywhere with the use of a web-based browser.
