What's new?

  • Introducing Nested Tags! Organize your Alleo boards more effectively with our new tree-view display for tags on the dashboard. To update tags for your boards, simply edit board settings, type your tag and press enter. Create nested tags by using the '/' character to separate levels (e.g., "tag/sub-tag/sub-tag").

  • Org Admin users can now create nested categories when editing board template settings. The templates library displays a tree-view of categories in the left column of the templates library, making it easier to find the desired board template.

Enhancements

  • When adding a sticky note to a board, if the default drawing color matches the sticky note background, the system will automatically switch to the preset with the highest contrast. This prevents the issue of "white drawing on a white background."

  • Now you can share a template to your organization when the access level is set to Organization. This is convenient when you want to utilize navigate displays with temporary sessions and also share the template with your organization.

  • When navigating displays to a temporary "public clone" session via object action, now you can bring all users from the current board into the newly cloned board. This conveniently allows a guest user to walk into a room, join in and start a non-touch, large display experience.

  • The "Archive" and "Deleted boards" buttons have been moved to the left vertical navigation bar on the dashboard for easier access.

  • The button widget now has an option to add a small image next to the text label.

  • When another user is leading, participants can now double-click to zoom into content within the presentation area.

  • The web admin favicon has been updated to Alleo's red brand color, making it easier for administrators to distinguish between tabs with Alleo boards and the admin site.

Resolved Issues

  • Fixed an issue where images uploaded from Android devices through the mobile companion were incorrectly oriented.
