How can I install the Alleo Google Calendar™ Add-on?

Click here to install the app for your Google Calendar™.

Your Google Workspace administrator may need to install the app for your organization. Learn more.

Open your Google Calendar™ web page and click the Alleo icon in the right side-bard. Then, click the Click "Authorize access" button.

How can I attach Alleo boards to Google Calendar™ events?

When creating a new event or editing an existing one...

  1. Click Attachments

  2. Click Alleo in the dropdown

  3. Click Choose or create a board.

  4. Select an Alleo board in the board picker interface.

  5. Click "Attach board" to attach it to the event.

  6. Save the event, and the board will be attached.
