When effectively set up, object actions serve as the cornerstone for operating an Alleo board, enabling seamless navigation, ideation, note-taking, and automation.

Object actions can be triggered by pressing, viewing, or hovering over a specific asset. They can also be triggered by pressing a specified key, adding/removing from a specified container, or initializing the board.

The following actions are common uses for object actions in Alleo:

  • Spawn a sticky note

  • Add assets to a container

  • Navigate from one location to another

  • Control content to show up on a display

  • Trigger different board tools

  • Upload files

This list just describes a small portion of the many possibilities with object actions.
