As an Owner of an Alleo board, you can access Board Settings via the User Menu in the top right corner.

Details

When you initially open up the Board Settings, you land on the Details page. Here, you can do the following:

  • Change the board name

  • Upload a cover image

  • Set up tags to easily search for the board

You can also find information about the board such as the creator's name, created date, and amount of storage used.

Theme

In the theme tab, you can do the following:

  • Add a title bar and change its color

  • Choose from one of the set background colors

  • Set a custom background color, main grid color, and secondary grid color

  • Set a background image

    • Note: if a background image is set will appear on top of the background color

  • Choose the slide transition animation between Fade, Instant, Pan

Colors and fonts

In the colors and fonts tab, you can set color defaults for drawing, sticky notes, and text colors for an organization.

An Admin user can upload fonts for the organization in the backend Admin Portal. Board Owners can then replace the current font with one of the options via the dropdown on this tab. If you replace the preset font, all assets will utilize that font for the position in the context menu. If the replaced font is in use in the board, it will update the asset's text.

  • Enable/disable auto-grouping assets that overlap together

  • Show/hide slide headers (unique to display user and personal user)
